Corthanis of Aurveth
Raised in obscurity by the elder Vaynar, Calden is thrust into a tormentuous journey sparked by an echo of the past, carrying with it an unknown lineage and his hidden name: Corthanis of Auraveth. A brief glimpse into shadowed history brings more questions than answers, and triggers a sudden and devastating attack on his homestead, forcing him to adorn a cursed suit of armor. These events will be the catalyst leading this reluctant hero to follow a blinding path of vengeance.
Mortem Champions
The Elite warriors of the Mortem, tasked with commanding armies of Mortem Knights into brutal action. By the hand of the Mortem Champion, the guardian Vaynar is slain; by recognizing Calden’s true identity, the Mortem Champion's fate becomes intertwined in Corthanis’ journey.
Vesperon Of The Eventide
Once human, Vesperon was turned against his will into a demonic member of The Nightbound. His loss of humanity now drives him to hunt down those whose existence has blighted the lands. Pledging a personal oath to rid the world of abomination, he brings together a coven of monster hunters known as The Eventide.
Curfew Of The Eventide
A former member of the Mortem Elite, Curfew dared question the commands of the mysterious Mortem King. Banished and left for dead, Curfew has joined Vesperon and The Eventide on a personal quest to destroy his brethren.
Talon Watch Of The Eventide
A savage sect of devout assassins driven by a single-minded vision to rid the world of all evil. With their missions aligned in purpose, this obscure and shadowy group has allied themselves to The Eventide.
Umbra Of The Eventide
A mysterious Battle Mage who imbues the Eventide’s weapons with night magic. He crafts defenses from pure energy channeled through his body, evident by the purple glow of his weapons and armor. Years of practice and mastery have permanently scarred his visage with unnatural runic markings. Vesperon wonders how deep these scars run, and if they could ever overtake this trusted ally.
