We work very hard to research, conceptualize, design and produce these amazing sculpts. It would be very sad if our work was copied without our consent. So please don't do it. We are sensitive to other artists creations and if by chance any of our work shares a likeness to other creations, it was purely by chance. And if any names are similar to work outside our own, it is by chance as well.
Turnaround Time
Von Burke Studios has most products on hand and will ship immediately after purchase. If, at any moment we are out of stock, we will produce the product right away but will result in a delay in shipping. So please allow for up to 14 business for us to ship products. In most cases, products will ship within a few days from when the order was placed.
Returns
All products are non refundable unless there was a manufactures defect. If items are damaged during shipping, we are not responsible for this unfortunate event.
Product Subscriptions Auto-Renewals
In order to ensure that you do not experience any interruption or loss of Subscribed Products, Subscribed Products include an automatic renewal option by default, according to which, unless you turn-off the auto-renewal option, such Subscribed Products will automatically renew upon the end of the applicable subscription period, for a renewal period equal in time to the original subscription period (excluding extended periods) and, unless otherwise notified to you, at the same price (subject to applicable Taxes changes and excluding any discount or other promotional offer provided for the first period) (“Renewing Subscribed Product”). For example, if the original subscription period for a Subscribed Product is one month, each of its renewal periods (where applicable) will be for one month. In the event that your Stored Card is declined, you will be notified and you will need update immediately.
By entering into this Agreement and by purchasing a Renewing Subscription Product, you acknowledge and agree that the Renewing Subscription Product shall automatically renew in accordance with the above terms.
